TRADIÇÃO, CONFIANÇA E INOVAÇÃO

A HISTORY OF TRADITION,
TRUST AND INNOVATION.

The frequent social and economic variation of the modern world demands constant evolution and the use of effective management practices. If the dynamics of business has been restructured by the “era of information”, technological evolution and globalization, it is no different for a Law Firm that intends to innovate and has the mission to offer clients the best legal solution, with excellence in service provision.

To make a difference in this context it is essential to plan, analyze, design scenarios and, more than that: having a team prepared and focused to meet all demands, with multidisciplinary vision, formed by professionals with solid performance and well recognized in their respective areas of expertise.

This is how Mosimann, Horn closely follow the constant evolution of the Brazilian legal scenario and became a true reference in the legal business. The success of our work is the result of the victorious union of 50 years of legal experience of Hélio de Melo Mosimann, a former Superior Court of Justice Minister, and 40 years of background as a lawyer of Oswaldo José Pedreira Horn, in conjunction with the boldness and dynamism of Rafael de Assis Horn, in the legal field since 1997 and nominated as a leading lawyer in the area of dispute resolution by the prestigious British publication Chambers Latin America in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

The headquarters office is located in the heart of downtown Florianópolis. In 2012 we celebrated the opening of a new branch office in the city, to provide specific services in mass litigation. Furthermore, we have correspondents in the main cities of Santa Catarina and Brazil.

Mosimann, Horn is ranked in General Business Law: South Brazil and Dispute Resolution: South, in the 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 editions of the British publication Chambers Latin America. Additionally, the Firm is affiliated to CESA (www.cesa.org.br), an organization of leading law firms that has over 800 members in Brazil and abroad.
